This was my 2nd time and it’s a must when I’m in Cartagena. Spa is beautiful and calming and the Santa Clara hotel is gorgeous and historic (used to be a convent). I did the couples massage w/ Ilena and Dayana who were very very good. Perfect pressure applied for relaxation but also helping sore muscles.

We only stopped in for coffee & dessert. What a stunning restaurant. Our waiter Daniel was superb. Coffee & dessert presentation was gorgeous & equally delicious. We will definitely return for dinner.

I went to the Bar Botika at Sofitel Legent Santa Clara Hotel in Cartagena.I had a Mocktail and some starters, I had a really good customer service experience, Mary and Diana were really welcoming. Thank you. Gracias.

The hotel was Overwhelmed by a Massive Wedding..Beautiful Pool

The concierge team was a great help during my stay...The pool was lovely... Food was excellent..But a five star hotel should have a waiting room that is air-conditioned... My room was not ready for a 3pm check-in on a Sunday ,I had to wait in the heat for 45 minutes.I was offered water. thank God..The hotel was over whelmed by a massive wedding... ..I used Booking.com ,my friend used American Express... She paid less and got a better room sooner and I was treated like the poor relative ..She got us on a special tour of the hotel that was just for her... We would have missed the chapel, the main bar and the Botero Suite...I just stayed in 5 star hotels in Japan and this hotel is so lacking and more expensive ....Beautiful Pool..
