I went to the Bar Botika at Sofitel Legent Santa Clara Hotel in Cartagena.I had a Mocktail and some starters, I had a really good customer service experience, Mary and Diana were really welcoming. Thank you. Gracias.

The hotel was Overwhelmed by a Massive Wedding..Beautiful Pool

The concierge team was a great help during my stay...The pool was lovely... Food was excellent..But a five star hotel should have a waiting room that is air-conditioned... My room was not ready for a 3pm check-in on a Sunday ,I had to wait in the heat for 45 minutes.I was offered water. thank God..The hotel was over whelmed by a massive wedding... ..I used Booking.com ,my friend used American Express... She paid less and got a better room sooner and I was treated like the poor relative ..She got us on a special tour of the hotel that was just for her... We would have missed the chapel, the main bar and the Botero Suite...I just stayed in 5 star hotels in Japan and this hotel is so lacking and more expensive ....Beautiful Pool..

Absolutely amazing visit to the spa. The attention to detail was incredible and Sandy made sure to make a real effort for my boyfriend’s birthday. Ilena and Dayana were incredible and the most amazing massage. Thank you so much we wouldn’t change a thing.
