Our technical team have checked the air conditioning in your room. If you feel too warm, please do not hesitate to ask the front desk for additional fans, and our staff can also assist in opening the windows to help improve ventilation. We are also sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. We sincerely thank you for appreciating the cleanliness of your room as well as our housekeeping staff. Lastly, we regret that the buffet dinner did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will be shared with our F & B manager. Your satisfaction is our priority. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our ambiance, location, swimming pool and gym, as well as the breakfast. However, we are sorry to hear that the room temperature did not meet your expectations. As our air conditioning system is centralized, it has not yet been activated due to the relatively mild temperatures in April. If you feel too warm, please do not hesitate to ask the front desk for a fan. We are pleased to hear that Julien was able to assist you, your satisfaction is our priority. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the absence of the heated towel rail in the room. Your feedback will be shared with our director. In the meantime, we recommend hanging your clothes on the provided hangers to dry, or contacting the front desk for fresh towels and bathrobes. Be careful if requiring medical assistance in Paris

Dear Alfie, First of all, we sincerely hope you are doing well now and you have fully recovered from the incident. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we deeply regret that incident happened to you. Following your incident, my colleagues called the firefighters who could not come at the moment and redirected the call to the SAMU which is the public Emergency Medical Service. The SAMU can send public or private ambulances. In your case, it probably was a private ambulance. We fully understand your concerns regarding the medical services and the associated costs. Indeed, the healthcare system in France can differ from the UK, and it is always advisable to familiarize oneself with the available options in case of an emergency. It does seem to us that it is not normal the ambulance asked for a cash payment while being transported to the hospital. We are sorry that despite our immediate response, the follow-up did not meet your expectations. My colleagues Miss H. checked with you many times at reception after coming back from hospital, and helped you taking a picture of your stitches. Our Reception Manager also called two times in your room however his calls were not answered. We understand your feedback about room cleanliness and the need for better monitoring of situations like this seriously. Inded we should have sent a team member to clean the room. For that, we sincerely apologize. We will strengthen our internal procedures to ensure better care and service, particularly regarding follow-up after an incident and room cleaning. Your feedback is valuable to us and will help us improve our services moving forward. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to welcome you back under better circumstances. During the week-ends, indeed our breakfast opens at 7AM instead of 6.30AM. However, we have a breakfast box to go available before that time. You can ask for it the day before at reception. I am sincerely sorry to learn your bathroom window had a working problem. Did you inform our team about it ? Could you send us a mail with the number of the room ?
