En general bien: la ubicación es buena, tener tren y metro en la puerta está muy bien. La habitación está limpia. La cama está bien aunque el sofá cama es muy muy incómodo (deberían mejorarlo). El espacio de armario es prácticamente inexistente, no hay donde guardar nada.

Pague una habitación executive, especialmente por el espacio. 6 noches! me asignaron una standard pequeña, sin aire acondicionado, y me pusieron los amenities de la executive. ni me lo dijeron, ni me descontaron, ni me hicieron algún mínimo detalle. No se si legal, pero deshonesto seguro. Para no volver

Dear Sofia, You had booked an Executive room, which is our second category, and this is the room type you were accommodated in. Suggesting otherwise is not accurate. Both our standard and executive rooms have the size size. It is mentioned so in our booking websites. The Executive room category has more equipement than the standard including minibar, coffee machine, bathrobes etc. During your stay, the outside temperature in Paris was between 22°C and 25°C. In such conditions, we usually deactivate the air conditioning, which is standard practice. However, following the complaints received during that period, the system was reactivated while you were still in the hotel. We feel that certain aspects of your review, particularly the accusations mentioned, may not fully reflect the reality of your stay.
