The location is Perfect, next to Terminal F. The atmosphere arriving at night was silent and relaxing. Room wasn't big , but the bed was comfortable..and that was what I really need. I arrived at night, the staff was ok. The cleanliness was good. Sure I come back again

Convenient Stopover

Comfortable stay for an overnight layover. Location you can't get much closer to the gates, so it's nice not to have to go through security on a busy morning. Checkin friendly and quick, was warned that the most places close around 9pm. So promptly went out out to a local restaurant and returned to room. The bedroom was with a comfortable double, and I had a sound sleep. There are no issues with noise during the night. The bathroom was of a god size with a shower, basin, and toilet. There are no issues with the shower or fresh towels. No breakfast, as decided to have a McDonald's before checking out. Would happily stay again, beats having to go through immigration and security again

The Mercure at Schiphol Airport is a very basic accommodation inside security at Schiphol Airport that offers no other hotel services. The room was clean and sparsely furnished, more like a college dormitory room than a hotel. It was comfortable and adequate for our needs which was just to take a break from our traveling and get some rest. We had never been to Schiphol before so thought it was confusing, and the hotel was a difficult to find. Its location inside security can be a little problematic. Since you cannot bring suitcases to the hotel, you need to exit through customs and immigration, check your bags at the baggage check and then re-enter through security. You need to show your passport and boarding pass for your flight out of Amsterdam to re-enter. When departing, you must exit again through customs and immigration, collect your luggage, and then re-enter again. The airport is massive and very busy so leave yourself adequate time. A large plane of Taiwanese tourists arrived just before we arrived at immigration control. We barely had enough time to get our luggage, check in and get through security despite allowing 2 hours and 15 minutes for the process.

Would definitely stay again

We needed a bed for the night between flights and wanted to stay airside. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and the rooms comfortable. Shower was excellent, and there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It was so quiet, mainly because the rooms have no windows, so all aircraft and terminal noise is kept out. It is expensive but the convenience was worth it. They also gave shower-rooms which you can rent too. The tap did have water damage to it which seemed out of place as the rest of the facilities were in good order. Our only disappointment was that the receptionist did not want to accept cash, which we had specifically brought to pay for the room.
