Clean, comfortable room. Very small, however, we weren't there for the room experience. Easy walk into Evora's walled city. Breakfast was adequate and dining room spacious. Bathroom very small with dim lighting. Not enough space for two people to place toiletries on sink or in shower.

Great location and genuinely friendly hotel people!

The front desk staff at this hotel is the best asset of the property! I have not met more friendly, helpful and smiling crew in a long time and I do travel extensively. They made up my shot stay in the hotel, on a tour of UNESCO world heritage sites I did with my daughter. We genuinely felt welcome! They explained and recommended where to go, where to eat, what to do with a passion and genuine helpful attitude. We had a great Portuguese wine in the evening. Excellent and inexpensive breakfast buffet was another highlight of the trip. Free parking withing walking distance to old town was another benefit. I only wish more Ibis hotel had such friendly staff working for them.

this may well be a basic hotel but considering the costs i would still recommend it(my second stay)receptionist was friendly and super helpful on arrival,lifts to all floors,rooms are basic but we don't come to evora to sit in a room,good wi-fi,i only wish they would change the colours on them corridors. most people would advocate staying inside the walls in evora which the ibis isn't but considering it is a nothing walk away from being inside the walls of what evora has to offer i would make an exception with this hotel.

Friendly helpful staff Appreciated the free garage for our motorcycles Very expensive breakfast, food snacks and drinks from the bar. Better selection in nearby cafes for less than half the price Ibis charge

This is not your normal, Nice ibis. It’s really down at the heels in every way: carpeting, Wi-Fi speed, threadbare towels, weak a/c. But it’s cheap and located very close to the gate of the old city. Fabio at the front desk made up for some of the shortfalls. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained that all the parking, even underground, was free because of the remodeling. The street noise in 207 was bad, but they were completely full, or I’m sure they would have given us a room on the backside (request that). An odd thing was that when the Accor app says the hotel is full, sometimes one can find a room on booking.com. This time, booking said no rooms, but the Accor app had one, twin beds albeit. If you don’t spend much time in the room, this hotel is a good find. Ask if they’re still remodeling.
