What a wonderful hotel. The third floor where the restaurant, gym and pools are, is very resort like and lovely. We had a twin standard room on the fifth floor. Gorgeous room with 2 of the most comfortable double beds we’ve ever slept in. The staff were amazing and the whole experience was a 10/10. THANKYOU for a great experience.

Cleanliness...impeccable. Hospitality..the best I had in Australia. Hotel facilities are great. Staff are available and welling to help. Management are available walking around to assist. Attention to little details is excellent Personalized experience..they extended the gym working hours just to accommodate us.

service is very bad 👎 😑, heated jacuzzi not working, waiting 20 minutes for jacuzzi to work because heated pool isn't allowed for kids. 11 and 13 year old boys had to swim in 5 degree pool in winter conditions. WORST HOTEL DON’T COME 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

At Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Furthermore, Myself and other managers are available on site to assist with any concerns that a guest may have during their stay at any touch point of the hotel. I do appreciate you sharing your feedback pertaining to the outdoor spa which was certainly out of order for repairs for one day this week and Maintance of our facilities is part of ensuring our guests are able to enjoy their use.. In regards to the heated pool, as advertised on our website and all guest communications, the indoor pool is part of a gymnasium which is a adults only area and hence to gain access one needs to be over the age of 18. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Indigne du groupe ACCOR. Même pas un ibis. Vous réservez une chambre pour 8 heures et vous payez pour cela à notre arrivée 13 heures la chambre n'est pas prête. Nous insistons mais voilà que la catégorie supérieure spa n'est pas disponible. On nous propose un upgrade sans spa, nous finissons dans une chambre spa standard non rénovée. Le temps c'est arrêté en 1976, les commandes de la climatisation dont d'un autre siècle, mobilier en triste état. Le balcon vue mer est d'une saleté sans nom et il faut exiger que quelqu'un vienne le nettoyer en expliquant qu'il y a 200 chambres. La vue mer donne sur le chantier de la piscine et il faut souffrir le bruit du chantier. Évidemment piscine et jacuzzi sont inaccessibles, sans avoir averti le client auparavant. Tâches suspectes aux murs plafonds et sol. Je passerai sous silence les toilettes tellement petite qu'il faut les utiliser la porte ouverte, ou les moisissures dans les joints ou le bouchon du spa. Membre du programme de fidélité nous avons la chance d'avoir un verre d'accueil, mais le bar est fermé, le room service n'est pas joignable au téléphone. Et pour finir on vous amene deux coupes recouverte de film plastique qui ne seront pas retiré par le personnel.Bref payer ce prix pour cela est purement scandaleux.
