Dear Zixu R., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. I am sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the timeliness and standard of housekeeping service. Please accept my apologies for the issues you encountered, including the delay in room cleaning and the unacceptable handling of items left in your room. This is certainly not the level of service or professionalism we strive to provide, and I understand how disappointing this must have been. With regard to the bottled water, please allow me to clarify that bottled water is supplied in select rooms upon arrival. In line with our commitment to reducing plastic waste and supporting sustainable practices, we no longer replenish bottled water during the stay. However, guests are welcome to request a complimentary jug of ice water at any time through In-Room Dining, which will be promptly delivered to the room. At Novotel, we are committed to delivering a superior service experience for every guest, and your feedback is extremely important to us. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and management teams, and appropriate measures are being taken to address these matters and prevent a recurrence.
