El hotel cumplió las expectativas, muy cerca de la estación y del centro. La habitación muy confortable y el desayuno muy completo. Como aspecto negativo la atención desagradable de una recepcionista mayor , el resto de chicas más jovencitas genial. Solicité habitación con vistas a la ciudad y me dieron una con vistas al interior.

Hace tiempo no me quedaba en un hotel de categoría Ibis, son hoteles que sabes que ofrecen estándares de servicio muy claros en cualquier país que te alojes. Pero siento que el hotel de Nuremberg Hbf cumple y además supera estos estándares. Agradezco la calidad, la calidez y el cuidado del staff del hotel, que inclusive en plena navidad mantuvo el hotel impecable, y cumplió hasta la mínima solicitud de una cuchara que nos hacía falta en el hotel. La ubicación del hotel y su precio es increíble para explorar la ciudad, a una calle de la estación central y a diez minutos del mercado navideño de Nuremberg fue la base perfecta para disfrutar la ciudad al máximo.

The location is great to visit the city but the property might need a bit of investment to be renewed. Also cleaning to be deeper. Our sink was full of hair, dust and even a plant growing from the drain. Disgusting (I have pics).

Habitación carente de espacio suficiente, sin armario para ropa, baño con toalla de baño pero no de lavabo. Tampoco estaría mal, teniendo en cuenta el número de hispanohablantes que hemos visto por la ciudad, algún canal de TV en español, Canal Internacional y Canal 24H, ambas de TVE. Desde la última vez que utilicé Hoteles IBIs, he notado apreciables cambios para mal.
