A 2 minutos caminando de la estación principal de trenes. Excelente ubicacion donde comienza el centro historico. Cama super cómoda. Baño algo pequeño en habitación 201, pero todo limpio. Muy buen desayuno

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a metros de la entrada a la estación de trenes. En la recepción me guardaron el equipaje tanto a la entrada como a la salida. La habitación súper cómoda, limpia y todos los días fue aseada. Por último, incluí en mis opciones el desayuno y fue un acierto, mucha variedad y en un lugar ameno.

Con la gestión del hotel totalmente insatisfecho, me hicieron dos cargos en la tarjeta, uno por la reserva y otro del mismo importe por garantía de la reserva, al día de hoy todavía tengo bloqueada esa cantidad, con el perjuicio de que me dejaron sin crédito en la tarjeta, tuve que cancelar una reserva de coche, pues no tenia suficiente crédito en la tarjeta debido a la retención que ustedes me hicieron, no comprendo porque me tienen que retener el importe total de la estancia como garantía de la reserva si ya la tenia pagada desde el primer día, en definitiva por culpa de eso me fastidiaron las vacaciones, para la próxima vez, creo que reservare en otra cadena de hoteles.no haré buena propaganda de esa cadena de hoteles ni de accor.
