Location is excellent for airport. Hotel staff very friendly. Loved the 24 hrs pool. .only little thing is the room are small but practical.bathroom has a lovely shower. Breakfast is rolls,crossiants etc.

Great place to spend the night if you have an early flight. Restaurant has a limited menu of microwave food but very nice. The gardens and pool area is kept to a great standard and looks beautiful. We had a great stay Thanks

Staff friendly. Red ants found in bathroom but cleaning team got rid of them next day. Tiny double rooms but with a decent continental breakfast. All in all, does what it says on the tin, i.e. 2* hotel conveniently located near the airport.

It is a great place o stay for a night or two. Booking in on line is a complete disaster. I put in my UK address correctly and it wouldn't accept it. A complete waste of time trying. They need to get their tech guys to sort out the software. We did manage to check in previously on line to save time but on arrival we still had to go through all the passport copying etc.

I stayed at 4 Ibis hotels during my trip this time and by far this was the best hotel I stayed. Located conveniently near the airport and 10-15 mins away from the city center the hotel offers all the facilities required for a business stay.

The bed wan hers comfortable but our daughter hurt her leg on the children's bed which was most unfortunate. Got the impression that the Gents toilet hadn't been inspected as the hand dryer was not working and the toilet was in a disgusting state. As regular Accor users, it was the worst experience we have had.

Hotel pleasant but refurbishment based on Ibis styles garish colour scheme, tv and telephone did not work in room so complained, single person reception took 35 minutes to offer unsuitable alternate room, manager offered 5% discount, so 15 minute pledge of no fix, no pay dishonoured.

The staff was really amazing and helpful! Ariana is a really big professional!Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast.Everything in a walkable distance - airport, huge shopping mall and of course, the beautiful city centre of Faro!

The location of the hotel is close to a shopping mall and you can get everything you want. Driving to City Center is straight forward and not far away. The room and value are good. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is good. Will recommend.

We always use the Ibis when we have an early flight from Faro. We can grab an early breakfast and it is just around the corner from the airport. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. It is also good for a trip to Algarve Forum for some last minute shopping.

An easy to find modern hotel. It is near the airport and it is ideal for travellers arriving very late at night at Faro Airport as it has 24 hour reception. It also has plenty of free parking.Great free breakfast!

Have stayed here several times ..its convenient when you have just landed at Faro late, staff are average, one almost can't be bothered to do anything he knows who he is ..charge you for a cup tea when you have been travelling for 10 hours nothing on the house here €3 for 2 tea bags disgusting ...will stay again but won't ask for anything ...

Hotel was selected because of a discount for an Accor Club member and its position. There was bus to town/beach/airport (no 19) nearby but with an infrequent service (intervals of about 1hr or more). Used once, then taxis. Room and general ambiance was as expected for an Ibis, however, the food offered was only re-heated pre-packed one - printed info extolled the quality of the food, and painted a completely unreal image! I did know it was only a hype, but my main meal of a baked cod was worse then expected. The 'mash' had to be returned for further heating in the microwave to make it edible. I did eat at other Ibises before, and food was far better. The pool looked OK, but we went for the Faro Praia and did not use it.
