Ik heb jullie hier al over gemaild, en op mijn tweede mail helaas nog geen reactie of passende oplossing van jullie ontvangen. Lees onderstaande mail: Dear Manger of Ibis hotel Nanterre la Defense , I stayed at your hotel on the weekend of Friday 28 and Saturday 29 April. However on arrival I was told that the room I had booked was overbooked, which meant I was upgraded from 2 rooms. I was under the impression that this was two rooms, with the connecting door in the middle opening. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This made me experience the weekend I had planned with my family differently, we slept separately from each other, did not experience the family getaway pleasantly. Besides, the mornings also took much longer because we were not sitting together. I asked your staff (several) if they could do anything for us in this regarding this unpleasant situation. Unfortunately, there was no other option than this which they could offer. I also asked what you could do on service point of view, unfortunately they could not help me with this. The manager was not present, so they could not offer the right service. I found this very unpleasant. So that's the reason for my e-mail. I wanted to see what you could do about this annoying and unpleasant situation. We did not have a nice family weekend because of this, which is very unfortunate! I would love to hear what your suitable solution for this is going to be.

Dear TARIK M., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Nanterre La Défense. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Following our many exchanges, by email, and with the customer service, we again present you our flattest apologies for this inconvenience. Following a technical incident with our booking platform over a short period of the day, you were able to book a triple room during this short time while we no longer had rooms available in this category. We had tried to reach you before without success. Upon your arrival, you were given an over-classification of 2 double ribbed rooms with balconies, which are also of a similar size (see even larger) but indeed without the extra bed (which is why we gave you 2 rooms instead of one). It’s fair to say that the data rooms are not equivalent to the one you reserved. However, it is not fair to say that no solution has been found or proposed. We have given you 2 rooms in upgrade that have enough room and number of seats to be able to spend the day in the same room and also a terrace where you could be several with tables and chairs. Conditions much more comfortable than a single room with 3 beds where you would have been tighter during the day. Again, we understand that it may have been inconvenient at night to be separated, but during the day, these conditions could only be more pleasant. Commercial gestures were made, and one is still in progress, we had agreed to a partial refund of the reservation as compensation, but the bank details that you provided to us were then incomplete when we exchanged... We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. heel goed ontvangen, lekker ontbijt echter 1 minpuntje, aangezien je na een concert niets meer kan nuttigen in de bar, zou het aangenaam zijn dat er een automaat met drinken aanwezig is.

Prima hotel op 15 minuten wandelen van de metro. In kantoorwijk. Prima ontbijt en behulpzaam personeel. Auto stond in parkeergarage.

Dit hotel is wat je noemt gemiddeld in alles, behalve de faciliteiten. Het restaurant is 's avonds alleen geopend van maaandag tot en met donderdag, wat vervelend is als je een lange dag gewerkt hebt en snel nog iets wil eten op de gesloten dagen. De kamers zijn niet groot, maar groot genoeg.
