Stayed for 1 night to attend the G-Dragon concert at the nearby La Defense Arena. The day I arrived, it was pouring rain, so I decided to head straight to the hotel. Luckily, I was allowed into my room around 1pm. The room is fine, nothing fancy, but warm & comfy. There's usb chargers in the room (I forgot mine & bought an expensive one at the airport!). It's maybe a 30-minute walk to the arena/ La Defense area & the Westfield shopping mall. I wasn't looking forward to walking through the park alone in the dark after the concert, but it was well lit & there were plenty of people around.

Disappointed and angry.

Room was tiny and bed was not as booked (2 singles pushed together). Soap dispenser in shower doesn’t work(pump broken). Afternoon and Sunday staff are horrible and unfriendly (and I am here for the entire week!). Was here in February for a week and it was great, so I’m incredibly disappointed. I will ask my company to avoid booking me here in the future.

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night, rooms were very standard. There was problems with the hot water throughout the hotel in the evening so couldn’t have a hot shower. By morning there was hot water. Food was delicious in their restaurant. Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but not too much to disturb any sleep. Staff were helpful and kind.

The reception is adorable and the staff are excelle Big thanks to all of them and the restaurant is really good It really nice place to be and also the rooms are clean well maintained. All the staff have a lovely smile .

The renovations looked very good. The fast check-in and check-out is great, very quickly and easy. The breakfast variety should improved. This time the alarm didn't started out of nothing so that was also a good improvement!
