Algemeen goed. We waardeerden vooral de infrastructuur. De kwaliteit van het restaurant was wat minder. Het personeel aan de balie was zeer vriendelijk, dat in de ontbijtruimte was weinig efficiënt.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk, heel rustig en aangenaam hotel, perfecte service met een prachtig restaurant en een ontbijt, zijn prijs waardig. Parking ter plaatse, maar hier moet je wel kunnen oppassen.

Het hotel ziet er na de renovatie van vorig jaar (2024) goed uit. Maar... een airco die niet lager kan dan 24 graden is geen airco, maar een verwarming. Pure misleiding. Voor overdag valt het nog mee, maar slapen bij 24 graden is belachelijk. Ik had eigenlijk een nog lagere waardering moeten geven, alleen al om die bedrieglijke melding 'kamer met airconditioning'. Ander zwak punt: de waterdruk. Nauwelijks voldoende om te douchen, maar het gaat net. Maar het straaltje uit de waterkraan op de wastafel is nog niet voldoende om je tandenborstel schoon te spoelen.

Fijn verblijf gehad, alleen het ontbijt verliep chaotisch, geen koffie of thee kunnen nemen aangezien er maar 1 koffiemachine stond, en de file wachtenden ( allemaal oude ongeduldige mensen) was gigantisch, mijn echtgenoot heeft een koffie aan de bar gekocht! Wat ik ook niet kon appreciëren is dat er mensen in pyjama en kamerjas rondliepen bij het ontbijt, vond ik niet fris om zien. De 2 jonge werkneemsters die er rondliepen waren niet echt enthousiast, 1 matuurdere dame was alles maar aan het aanslepen om het buffet aan te vullen. Dit is een werk- en denkpunt om het ontbijt beter te organiseren tijdens drukke periodes.
