Worst airport!

Possibly the worst airport we’ve ever been to. We departed from Billi terminal flying to Gatwick. There was one place to get food and it was all dreadful. We expected more from the French. Food was expensive and disgusting. Very little choice. A curry or pasta you had to heat up yourself in a microwave. One awful salad with brown iceberg lettuce and cold small bit of fried chicken. Very average wraps and sandwiches. Dirty tables. Very glum unhelpful staff at the counter. A really bad end to our holiday. What a shame the French are known for their gourmet food and this is very far from that. Our advice would be to bring your own picnic to the airport!!!

Very poor hotel for your money. I had a Premium room. It was anything but premium. No air-con so the room was stiflingly hot. The safe didn't work in the room. Even though both problems were reported to the front desk within 10mins of checking in neither problem was solved by the time I returned from town 6 hours later. The room was very tired with a dirty carpet and stained seat. The paint was peeling off in the bathroom. Very poor choice of food in the restaurant in the evening.

Adequate but nothing more...

My wife and I stopped here recently for night having flown in late, with car hire booked for the following morning. We picked this hotel as it is close to the airport (within 1/2, 2/3 of a mile), but there was no signage from the airport, and the promised telephone in the airport to phone the hotel didn't exist...we looked, without success, so we walked! Our room was clean, tidy and spacious enough for a night. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet style, so fine - nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either. I paid £160 +/-, reasonable value I suppose, but if we fly into Bordeaux again we'll probably try another of the numerous hotels in the area.

Nice decor in the lobby and the room (we stayed on the 2nd floor) , restaurant on site, free shuttle to the airport, good value

Perfect place to have good rest for next next destination from Bordeaux

We spent 1 night for the early flight in the next morning, and found our choice was the best! Very spacious room for two of us to spread suitcases, and the bed was comfortable to have good rest. Airport shuttle service with Mercedes in every 30 minutes, which was so convenient. Highly recommend.
