Great place to stay 10 euros on uber from the train station or you can walk about 15min staff great breakfast great all in all perfect place to stay local transport nearby

We stayed only one night in this hotel... we are very happy with our choice. It was BRILLIANT! The staff is very friendly and helpful; easy and fast check-in. The location was fantastic in the heart of the city. Parking was quite easy. Our room was spotless clean and comfortable with its en-suite bathroom. WiFi was good. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, we found the value provided to be absolutely outstanding in the context of the many places we visited during our trip in Belgium. We highly recommended; we will be back next time we come to Antwerp!

I enjoyed my one-night stay in this excellently located hotel in Antwerp. My room on the first floor was alright with a nice view of the famous open-air market outside. For 17 euros extra, i enjoyed a quite huge breakfast buffet. My room and the hotel in general were clean. The staff members in general were quite alright. I like this hotel.

Non child friendly

What nonsense! Just got off the phone with All.com team who also confirm that hotel does not allow us (family of 3 kids - 8,5,2) to stay in two separate double rooms as it "exceeds" maximum capacity (only 1 adult and 1 child allowed in a room). They will not accept extra payment for child but will allow us to book 3 rooms so a child can stay on their own in one! What a ridiculous customer service response from such a "renowned" hotel group expecting us to leave a child on their own in a room!

Excellent hotel in Antwerp

An excellent hotel with the best staff you could need especially the bar tenders. Only a fifteen minite walk to Antwerp centre. The hotel is located in a square with many bars and resturants, my favorite was Den Antitigoon which is opposite the hotel.
