Vriendelijk personeel , 1 de heer bij de receptie ik dacht dat hij uit zuid-Afrika kwam . Mohamed en een zeer aardige dame Chileens Duitse in de eetzaal heel vriendelijk en hard werkend en de bar man . Kom al jaren in het hotel en ben zeer tevreden.

Slechte bediening aan de bar na 23h kan je niks meer bestellen staat ook niemand achter moet je roepen ze zitten bij elkaar bij de receptie. Ikzelf zal nooit meer bij een Ibis slapen.

Goed hotel, kamer is klein maar je boekt ook niet om je hele verblijf op de kamer te zijn Ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid maar voordeed. Personeel zou wat vriendelijker kunnen zijn

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Keurige kamer, wel wat klein. Plaats van het hotel in het centrum en toch dichtbij uitvalswegen is heel fijn. Parkeergarage is geweldig maar wel wat smalle plaatsen.
