Das Zimmer war ausreichend klein, das Badezimmer leider noch kleiner....

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir hätten uns wohl gefühlt, wenn das Zimmer nicht so klein gewesen wäre. Eher eine Abstellkammer. Im Bad hätten etwas stämmige Menschen nicht zur Toilette gehen können und in die Dusche gepasst. Deswegen eine nicht so gute Bewertung. Alles Andere war gut.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist zentral am Bahnhof gelegen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Größe war erschreckend klein und der Schallschutz zwischen den Zimmern war unzureichend, so dass ich das Nebenzimmer nachts hörte, als die Toilette aufgesucht wurde. Durch erforderliche glutenfreie Ernährung war meine Frühstück-Experience dann doch etwas eingeschränkt. Für Personen ohne solche Probleme ist das Frühstück ganz annehmbar.

Goedemorgen, Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring te delen. Wij zijn blij dat u de vriendelijkheid en beschikbaarheid van ons personeel en onze centrale ligging waardeert. Het spijt ons dat de grootte van de kamer en de geluidsisolatie niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeden. Wat het ontbijt betreft, houden wij rekening met uw opmerkingen om ons aanbod voor specifieke diëten te verbeteren. Wij hopen u nogmaals te mogen verwelkomen voor een betere ervaring.
