good breakfast, small individual beds, a smoker was surely at the room before us so it smelled. Generally good. What we expected. Very silent place in spite the room was in front of the main road, and silent among rooms and corridors

A very convenient hotle for a visit to Paris

The hotel is in the center of Rueil-Mamaison at a very convenient location with respect to bus connections to Defense and Porte-Maillot where further connections to metro and RER are available. The hotel is nicely celan and staff polite and ready to do what a guesst might want from them.

Staff not able to apply the current safty mesures

Extremely disappointed by the staff durring the last day of our stay. I have ordered two coffees at the reception to take away and kindly ask to give me the permission to prepare them myself knowing there was suspect case of Covid in the hotel. This wasn't accepteble by the staff and the receptionist told me that she will prepare the cups. Here again, I had to ask twice to avoid touching with her fingers the inside of the cups. The replay was that she has the hands clean but I never saw her cleaning the them between the reception desk and the coffee machine. Last point, before the checkout a mentee of the receptions ironically asked me for clean up my hands before paying by card contsctless the check. First time after several years in AllAccor hotels when I felt unwelcome. The general impresion was thay the staff members are not aware about the safty mesures against covid.

A good 3 star hotel

My mum and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in two rooms that were conveniently located opposite to one another on the same floor. The rooms themselves were well designed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The room had clothes hanging space, shelves and the usual plug sockets. It also had a large mirror in the bedroom that was handy when getting dressed in the morning. The only negative that I found was the little step into the room and then again into the bathroom. I nearly tripped and fell, as did my mum (who is of a certain age) and so this was quite dangerous in my opinion. Both rooms had them, so there was obviously a reason for it but I can only see an accident happening to someone at some point. There was no sign that I could see that indicated to be careful of these steps. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms were great, with an absolutely fantastic walk in shower that had different speeds on the shower head. We were provided with the usual towels and all in one hand wash/body wash, etc and it met all our needs. Due to Covid no one entered our rooms to clean and the linen wasn’t replaced. This suited us fine, as it was a short stay. Masks were required to be worn in the hotel at all times and breakfast had to be ordered from a menu the day before. At our selected time we took the lift down to collect them on sealed trays. There were a few items not available for breakfast and some items had run out but it was understandable in the current time. The breakfast was the usual cheese, bread, jam, hot drinks and pastries. I did request a warm duvet and iron during my stay and the staff were more than happy to oblige. All those who worked at the hotel were very helpful and friendly and it made the stay pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in neat suburb close to RER; spotless internally, friendly staff, copious breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet room facing garden. Brilliant in every way. What else to say? There’s still four characters to go - ah! done it.
