The Ibis Paris CDG Airport is a convenient choice for travelers with a layover or an early flight. The hotel is quite busy, reflecting its prime location near the airport. As expected, the French staff wasn’t particularly attentive, but the sheer size of the facility was impressive. Although the restaurants opened later than anticipated, they efficiently managed to serve a large, hungry crowd once they did. Overall, it’s an excellent solution for a one-night stay before catching a flight, offering convenience and speed when it matters most.

Double billed ( possibly a full staff scam. ) The reception manager demanded a second payment even after I showed her that my bank account indicated they were paid. I should have left. They promised to pay me back. 2 weeks later and daily emails. No refund Despite the fact that they admit to double payment. It’s a fraud. Small room. Poor drains. Joyless staff. Lousy food. Poor service. Don’t stay. Don’t trust them.

This place is beyond tired and in need of restoration. The room was so small that the bed keeps the entry door from being opened all the way. The walls and fabrics are beat up. There are better choices in this neighborhood. It is conveniently located to the airport.

The beds are comfortable. The rooms are not large, and the bathroom is the size of a cruise ship bathroom. They are very close to the airport, and you can take a free shuttle to the airport, which takes 5 minutes. Much of the hotel is airline staff. They are not near the center of Paris, and I only stayed one night because I had an early flight. The lounge is comfortable, and the front desk is helpful.

Very happy with our stay here while in transit. Beautiful lobby with lots of services, bar and restaurant are great. Kind and friendly staff at the front desk and bar. Rooms are a little small but functional. Good value for the price and easy to get around the area with direct access to the airport train.
