The hotel is perfectly located. Close to the lake, the train station and a lovely district. The room is small but comfy and the cleaning staff did a great job! Very friendly front desk staff. We spent few days here and loved it. We were in room 124, which has a partial lake view. Will certainly be back!

We parked in the hotels underground car park which was large and safe there was a charge for parking which is understandable and normal ! Check in was quick and easy and the staff were all friendly and professional! The rooms were typically Ibis size rooms and the bathroom was totally adequate! Shower in the bathroom kept twisting around but with some jigging about I got it to stay facing me. The rooms had was with a wide balcony overlooking the street below which was a nice find. I do think a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee would have been nice for the price paid, To be fair there was coffee available in reception for €2 euros a cup which is ok ! Breakfast was nice and fairly quite a good selection was available and it tasted fresh too. Check out was perfect and face and we left the car park without any issues ! A nice hotel with nice staff in a good location.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the central station, the Alster and downtown attractions. We didn't have breakfast because we felt it was vastly overpriced. So, we were grateful for the coffee machine in the foyer. Staff were very obliging; for example, there was no problem getting extra pillows, change for the coffee machine and helping out in the odd occasion when the coffee machine stopped working.

Hotel is walking distance to Hamburg HBF and shopping streets. It is on a quite street and noise from train tracks on the back is minimal.
