We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the hotel's central location, the elegant charm of our property, and the amenities in your room. However, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay, particularly your breakfast experience, did not meet your expectations. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the breakfast setup and service. The experience you described is certainly not in line with the high standards we strive to uphold. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by your order, the waiting time and the unexpected issue with the tea preparation. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team to ensure immediate improvements in both service efficiency and communication within the team. Furthermore, we appreciate your feedback regarding the room’s TV system and bedding. We have taken note of your comments and will look into optimizing the audio settings for a more comfortable experience. Additionally, we have taken note of your input regarding the beds.
