Avevo letto che il parcheggio era scomodo, stretto, ma mio avviso non è così.la discesa si, ma fattibile, e poi sotto, in realtà comodo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Stanze ampie e pulite. Comodo al centro. Non abbiamo fatto colazione li. Personale gentile

The reviews of Ibis Nancy Stanilas were really good so I decided to book it for our 2-night stay. The location of the hotel is excellent - though it’s in the opposite part of the centre from the railway station, the distances are not that big. Our twin room was spacious and clean, but there were a few minuses. When we came in the room, it smellled very strongly of the same room scent/washing liquid as the whole lobby. Luckily the smell faded in our room during our stay - otherwise we probably couldn’t have stayed in the room because my husband is allergic to strong fragrancies. The bathroom was also big and there would have been space for shelves and hooks, but there were none, which pose logistic problems. The lift was broken during our stay, which turned out to be a blessing: when it was finally fixed, its noise could be heard loud and clear in our room on the second floor. Also the air conditioning was loud. As was the street below our window. So ear plugs are definitely needed unless you manage to get a quiet room. Breakfast was pretty good, with a variety of sweet and savoury items snd the staff were friendly.

The fragrance used in the lobby and rooms is intended to create a welcoming atmosphere, but we fully understand that it can be problematic for guests sensitive to strong scents. We will review this with our team to better accommodate guests with allergies or sensitivities. Your comments regarding the lack of storage in the bathroom, as well as the noise from the lift, air conditioning, and street are very valuable. We will share them with the relevant departments and consider possible improvements, particularly concerning sound insulation and room equipment. We also sincerely apologize for the elevator being out of service during part of your stay. This was an unforeseen and exceptional situation, and we understand how inconvenient it must have been. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under better conditions and to provide you with the comfort and rest you expect and deserve. Absolument irréprochable ! Tant la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement dans Nancy, la décoration et le confort des chambres. Difficile de trouver un défaut pour cet hôtel qui présente un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Nous y retournerons ! Merci

Beautiful, new furniture in a big, quiet room. Only problem was it was a bit cold Bathroom is very big and modern. Reception staff is extremelly nice Location of the hotel is great, 10 min to stanislas square, with a carrefour across the street. Railway station is 20 min by foot

The staff is super friendly and kind, careful to clients' needs. The location is perfect both for tourists getting there by plane/train and by car. Very quiet at night. The breakfast is abundant and rich. What else? 😊
