Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Novotel Sheffield Centre. I sincerely apologize for the challenges you encountered during your stay. It is disheartening to hear about the issues you faced with the condition of the room and the check-in process, which could have been explained in a better way as rooms are allocated. Yours was not ready but other rooms allocated to other guests were ready as the previous guest had departed earlier. Your feedback regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the room has been noted, and I assure you that the comfort and safety of our guests are of utmost importance to us. I am pleased to hear that our location was convenient for your visit, and that you found our staff to be polite. However, it is disappointing that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the breakfast and the cleanliness of common areas. Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Sheffield Centre. I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the experiences you encountered, which fell short of our expected standards. I regret to hear that the steam room was not operational during your visit, as well as your disappointment with the breakfast quality. We strive to maintain high culinary standards, and your observations will be duly noted for improvement. The issues related to staff communication regarding your breakfast inclusion are concerning, and I appreciate you bringing them to our attention. The Gold status benefit of late check out is not guaranteed and subject to availability which we did not have on this date. We aim to provide attentive service, especially to our valued Gold Status members wherever possible. Furthermore, I am sorry to learn that the Executive Room did not align with your expectations as they are larger rooms and have added facilities. The EV chargers were decommissioned after the airport car park fire (which was widely reported in the news) for health and safety reasons and this is explained on signage in the car park we also do not advertise them anymore on our website. However, I regret to learn about the inconveniences you experienced during your visit. I sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the phone call from reception, especially during such a critical time for your grandson's sleep. It is unfortunate to hear about the unpleasant odor from the sink, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding your request for additional tea and milk, I understand how disappointing it can be not to receive immediate assistance. Our policy is for housekeeping to replenish supplies, but I recognize that our staff could have been more accommodating in this instance. Thank you once again for your insights.
