Prefect location for coming off the train in Bologna. The rooms were big enough. Only thing is that we couldn’t get a connecting room but service and comfort level was great.

Very nice hotel best located just opposite bologna train station & next to budget rent a car & in heart of old city. Beautiful design, affordable price for rooms, food & drinks. Very friendly employees in all departments, big applause for management

All staff very really friendly and check in was very straightforward. Super clean hotel, modern rooms and great breakfast. It was the Perfect stop over location before getting train (just opposite) the next morning. We even had a balcony overlooking the piazza in front of the station

Highly recommended. Pleasant short stay, nice welcome at checkin, lovely bar staff and at breakfast. This is our third stay and the previous were also satisfactory. Appreciated the quiet garden view room and the accor status recognition. Note that if you book a “classic” room they are the old ones that people complain about. Pay a few € more for a better class of room. Also recommend requesting a garden room as that side of the hotel is peaceful.

OK for a Short Stay

Location is convenient - just across from the train station. Service is very good, except for the dining room, which seemed understaffed given some items needed replenishing. The breakfast buffet was adequate, nothing more. I appreciated the complimentary water and slippers. The room was clean but I did notice a little mold by the shower edge in the bathroom. Decor was a bit dark.
