Hotel in excellent position near Cathedral, large clock and Beau arts museum. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast superb, but if you have disability there are 3 or 4 steps up to breakfast area and no ramp. Some rooms have better views than others. There were 2 lifts.Room had large television with plenty of channels. Unlimited water in refillable large glass bottles in reception area.

Not sure I would stay at this hotel again. It's a nice hotel with some good parts but the rooms (or ours did) really let it down. The public parts of the hotel are really nice as is the food & drink. The staff are great. They just seem to have no inspiration in the rooms. Small bedside tables with no drawers, nowhere to put the things you want close at hand. Paper cups for your tea and coffee. Tea and coffee satchets were hit and miss, only one sachet of coffee whitener and no milk. These might seem small issues and I suppose they are but you expect decent facilities in your room.

We enjoyed our stay, very nice room, if a bit small, bathroom was gleaming and spotless, although the fixed soap dispenser made the shower a little impractical, friendly staff, superb situation, good breakfast, even has its own car park in the middle of the historic centre, excellent value overall. But sshhh... don't tell anybody...

Good room, with a great bathroom. Fantastic location for exploring Rouen. Very good hot & cold breakfast is provided. We arrived late so could not use the parking provided, so we had to park in the Catherdral car park. This was not ideal as I have just had cardiac surgery. But still we enjoyed the hotel and location

Spent two nights at the hotel while traveling through Normandy. Overall, I had a very good experience, but mixed experience with the staff. Hotel is perfectly located in the city center, walkable to every sight and with a Carrefour and bakeries nearby. I think the furthest I walked was about 15 minutes. Truly, could not beat the location. For a central location, it's also overall very quiet. I was there during Fete de la Musique which is a bit of an exception on the "quiet" rule but it was a holiday so that's to be expected. Breakfast is available but I did not have it. I do wish the hotel coffee machine was available to guests who did not buy breakfast (even if it is available to them at a later time). Wifi is great and reliable. I had a gorgeous room of the Cathedral and just loved it. Air con worked pretty well but took awhile to cool down the room. Parking: I did NOT use the hotel parking because the detailed directions didn't make a ton of sense to me. I recommend translating the French directions and not relying on the English translation (which isn't great). Staff: I had a mixed experience with them. Some were very helpful and some were not. And some were not very nice. And I've been traveling around France for a few weeks so I know what to expect related to "rude." I will admit I was not the most friendly when I was hot and dragging luggage from the parking garage off-site, but a male staffer wouldn't help me until I said "Hello" or "thank you" to a polite level he expected. There was also some confusion at checkout around the deposit they put on your card and the staffer looked at me like I was the dumbest thing she ever met. Again, this is France so keep your expectations low. Despite the staff, I would stay again and likely recommend it because the location is too good to let bad attitudes ruin.
