Very nice hotel ideally located to the Versailles Palace, no more than a 5 mins walk. Check-in and Check-out handled in a friendly and professional manner. The rooms are well equipped and on the top floor you have a tiny balcony. There is a very nice spa/fitness facility. The bar has a nice terrasse where one can sit and enjoy drinks. All the personnel were very friendly and professional, following up to ensure that your request was met. The General Manager M. Gerbet handled an issue we had promptly and very efficienly. Merci a vous.

We booked a 2 night stay to allow us to visit the Palace of Versailles- the hotel is literally 5 mins from the station and 5 mins to the palace gates. Our room was fine - very comfortable and clean - with cafe maker, desk and bathroom facilities. Only a few downsides - WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working on the first day of arrival. The bar staff were unable to make decent cocktail - despite charging €16 each. The view from our room looked out over aircon plant equipment.

Clearly a hotel with “ high profile” but no way worth the 4 stars, for that it is showing it’s age in the corridors, rooms etc. It is very close to the castle and gardens Versailles and the rooms are good with fine, soft beds and old fascioned bathrooms . Good airco. Parking ( for €22 a day limited possible, first come first in).

Excellent underground car park with easy access to the reception area. Very helpful staff and given a lovely quiet top floor room with a nice balcony. Had a quickish but tasty lunch in the restaurant before sightseeing. The large bedroom's bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very comprehensive with an excellent range of hot and cold dishes.

The Hotel don’t offer towels, disinfection spray for the machines or water in the gym….. I would say that’s a standard in all hotels I stayed until now. On the other side they run 24 hours the hamam and the sauna - ecological a disaster ! And if you ask the reception, they say you have to bring the towel from the room and also the water. The water out of an empty Minibar???? And during a Covid pandemic a disinfection spray should be obligatory!!!! A bit disappointing……

Dear Harald, Thank you for your comment! Since the covid we no longer offer towels directly from our wellness area for hygiene reasons. However, we do provide disinfectant wipes for everyone to use. Moreover, our sauna and hammam are not in operation 24 hours a day since it is necessary to press a button in order to start it and thus not to be an ecological disaster. We also have water fountains available in our wellness area to quench your thirst. I am sorry you did not enjoy the experience. Warm regards, Stéphane Gerbet General Manager
