Dear clients, First of all, please accept our apologies for the noise which is quite unusual in our house. Indeed, our establishment is known to be a haven of peace and it saddens us that such behavior could bother you. We want all our guests to feel at home with us, so that they can make the most of their stopovers, whether for a business seminar or a family stopover. Indeed, we had a business group that evening and we assure you that we have mentioned your discomfort immediately. We also shared your experience with our sales department in charge of this business dinner. Regarding the hours of our breakfast buffet, those indicated in our lobby and our ambassadors had however mentioned them. Maybe this is a misunderstanding. We hope that, in view of our response, you will give us another chance to welcome you and make you live the true Mercure experience that we are used to offering to all our customers who cross our walls.
