Mr. PICHARDIE, First of all, we are sincerely sorry to read such feedback. Please know that your feelings have been taken very seriously because the real ambition of our house is to always improve and the customer experience is essential. Allow us to clarify certain elements that we believe are important to mention for total transparency with all our guests who follow us on the networks and who know the quality of the services of our establishment. Following our debriefings and research to understand what could have led you to an experience such as you relate, we understood that the bubbles of the bottle of crémant graciously placed in your room did not make your stay sweeter and lighter. However, we regret that your experience was not up to what we are used to offering. We took stock with all our teams present, who were more astonished by your remarks in our lobby, because MR PICHARDIE the silence they had in the face of your conduct and remarks, was not synonymous with boredom but with astonishment. For your full information and all as our bar manager tried to explain to you, the Welcome drinks offered in our SOFITELs may be different from those offered in our Mercures. At ACCOR we give a real meaning to hospitality.
