Monsieur COGGIA, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager vos commentaires à la suite de votre séjour à l'Hôtel Mercure Beaune Centre. Nous avons bien pris connaissance de vos remarques concernant votre expérience dans notre établissement. Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions concernant la localisation de notre hôtel. Celui-ci se situe à 850 mètres porte à porte des Hospices de Beaune, permettant ainsi de rejoindre facilement le centre historique à pied, tout en bénéficiant d'un environnement plus calme et d'un parking privé sécurisé. Concernant les équipements en chambre, notre établissement est engagé dans une démarche environnementale à travers le label Clef Verte. Dans ce cadre, nous avons fait le choix de limiter certains équipements énergivores. Nous proposons toutefois des minibars dans environ 20 % de nos chambres classiques, selon disponibilité et sur demande. Par ailleurs, notre équipe reste à la disposition de nos clients pour conserver leurs aliments dans nos réfrigérateurs ou congélateurs si nécessaire. Nous avons également pris note de vos remarques concernant notre offre de restauration et le service du petit-déjeuner. Celles-ci ont été transmises aux équipes concernées afin de poursuivre l'amélioration continue de nos prestations et de répondre au mieux aux attentes de nos clients.
