However, it seems that this policy has resulted in some inconvenience for you. The rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated before 12 p.m. Regarding the specific situation of your room, we are sorry and we will contact our room service as well as our housekeeper to clarify the situation. We are truly sorry and apologize for this inconvenience. Regarding your request for compensation, we understand your dissatisfaction and we will forward your request to our management. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Regarding the drink voucher for our franchise hotel, the management has chosen to offer one drink per person on soft drinks or beers. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our central location, as well as the availability of a garage. However, we are sorry to hear that you encountered some problems during your stay. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator malfunction. Your comfort is our priority. The elevator was repaired the next day in the morning. We are also aware of your concerns regarding the room. We strive to keep our facilities in top condition and are taking note of a paint refresh for our future renovations. Regarding the bathtub, we will take into account your comment on the height and the absence of handles to improve our service. As for the buffet, we are sorry that its appearance does not meet your expectations. We take note of your remark about the narrow space and we will do our best to improve this situation.
