Das Hotel ist top, nur die Zimmer sind zu kalt. Man kann zwar die Klimaanlage auf 23 Grad stellen, doch wird diese nicht erreicht. doch ansonsten ist alles super

However, we regret that the temperature of the room did not meet your expectations. Indeed, all our heating is automatically set to a temperature of 19 degrees following environmental and government decisions. You can, however, if you wish, contact the reception available 24 hours a day who can turn on additional convectors for you (1 bathroom and 1 in the bedroom). Do not hesitate to contact our team during your stay at the hotel. Your feedback is valuable to us because it helps us identify areas for improvement.
