etwas mehr Flexibilität und Gastorientierung bitte, Ihr System die Neuanreisen erst um 15 Uhr auf die Zimmer zu lassen ist unmöglich, in der Praxis sind doch morgens um 9.30 Uhr die ersten Zimmer schon bezugsbereit weil wohl Ihre Zimmermädchen die Abweisung haben, die Abreisen zuerst zu machen. unser Zimmer 110 stand an 2 Tagen nicht auf der List der Zimmerreinigung. Vor dem Frühstück gegen 9.30h haben wir immer unser Schild an die Türklinke außen gehängt aber ohne Erfolg, am Freitag haben wir um 14,40 h ein Zimmermädchen angesprochen, die dann das Zimmer bis 15 h gereinigt hat, am Samstag um 14,30 h war das Zimmermädchen nicht bereit in unser Zimmer zugehen weil es nicht auf ihrer Liste stand, wir haben uns dann an die Rezeption gewandt und es wurde gegen 15 h gereinigt. Für die nicht mögliche Nutzung unseres Zimmers an 2 halben Tagen erwarten wir eine Entschädigung, entweder in Form von zusätzlichen Punkten oder einer Gutschrift.
