Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage um einen Zwischenstopp einzulegen und die Stadt zu besichtigen. Die Tiefgarage ist praktisch und die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mit eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen. Es wirkte alles frisch gestrichen, aber eher überstrichen (zum Beispiel die bereits aufgequollene Badtüre). Ähnlich war es mit dem Bodenbelag und der Dusche. Alles wirkte irgendwie in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos, war aber bis auf die Haare am Föhngriff sauber. Irgendwie kommt kein Wohlgefühl rüber. Wir waren auf unserer Reise in 7 Hotels. Auch in den Kleinsten hat man die Pflege und Liebe gespürt. Das hat hier irgendwie gefehlt.

However, we are sincerely sorry for the difficulties you experienced regarding transportation to and from the train station, as well as the discomfort related to the bathroom layout. Regarding your comment about additional equipment, our rooms are designed and equipped according to standardized requirements. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to provide or install individual temporary accessories such as toilet seat risers. However, we do offer specially adapted rooms for guests with reduced mobility, and our team is always available to help guide guests toward the most suitable accommodation when booking or during their stay. Was wir besonders schätzen: die netten Mitarbeiter, für die unsere Wünsche wichtig sind! Durchdachte Wege, um unser oft umfangreiches Gepäck direkt von der Tiefgarage ins Zimmer zu bringen. Ein bequemes Bett, gute Geräuschisolierung und Verdunklung für einen angenehmen Schlaf. Die perfekte Lage für unsere abendlichen Restaurantbesuche in dem wunderschönen Beaune. Zudem ein gutes Frühstück, das sogar im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich, so dass auch unser kleiner Vierbeiner willkommen ist. Wie gesagt: es ist alles genau so, wie wir es uns wünschen, und deshalb kommen wir immer gerne wieder.
