Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Ibis Styles Beaune. We are pleased to hear that you were able to recover your forgotten pillow. However, we would like to clarify the matter regarding the missing pillowcase: our hotel has a dedicated laundry service, with linen supplied directly by the ACCOR group. This means that we only use our own bed linen, which is strictly identified and monitored, and no external linen is included in our circuit. Therefore, if the pillowcase was not returned with your pillow, it is because it was not part of our hotel linen and could not have been mistaken for ours by our team. We regret any confusion this may have caused and hope that it did not affect the overall memory of your stay with us.
