We are delighted to learn that your nights with us were generally excellent and that, despite some initial concerns, you found your room perfectly quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We are delighted to read that the soundproofing and careful decoration allowed you to fully enjoy a peaceful rest, and that our breakfast buffet met your expectations with its wide selection. We also greatly appreciate your constructive comments regarding parking and charging for electric vehicles. We understand the importance for our guests traveling by electric vehicle to be able to plan their stay with ease, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the current system. Since your stay, we have installed additional electric charging stations. We are delighted that, other than this, you found our hotel pleasant and that your experience was so positive. We are delighted to read that you appreciated the charm of our historic hotel and its privileged location in the heart of Dijon. However, we are truly sorry to learn that your experience was not as restful and seamless as it should have been. We sincerely regret the noise disturbance caused by the location of your room. We fully understand how important a peaceful night’s sleep is, and we apologize that this aspect affected your comfort. Please know that our team remains at your disposal to find a solution and, whenever possible, to offer a quieter room away from the street. We also apologize for the shortcomings in service regarding towels and water replenishment. This does not reflect the level of attention and care we strive to provide to our guests, and your remarks have already been shared with our housekeeping and front office teams so that corrective measures can be taken immediately. Communication should never be an obstacle, and we are sorry if you felt misunderstood despite your efforts.
