Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Although they were busy they were so kind about storing our luggage- always smiling. Also at breakfast getting me some particular fruit tea- nothing appears to be too much bother Bedroom was spotless and well equipped. Breakfast is pricey but loads of choice. I do think the ventilation is rather poor though as the air quality felt somewhat stagnant . That said it’s a fantastic hotel and I’d def stay there again!

We got our room overlooking Passage corridor and it was still winter-ish. Opening up the full length window as if it is a balcony feels fantastic. Having a meal on the coffee table overlooking the mall is like having a meal in a cafe except we are in own comfortable sleepwear. Loving the great amenities in the room and a good soak in the bathtub

Relaxing stay at Novotel City Center Den Haag

It is a wonderful hotel in a great location in the center where i have stayed before but this time something was missing, namely the refrigerator normally in the room! Apparently they were removed during Covid and never returned subsequently, to save energy! I insisted, as i feel this is essential for enjoyment of the room, and also is to be expected as a 4 star hotel. The hotel was very good about providing a refrigerator when i insisted, and all of the staff i dealt with (the receptionist on March 24 , and also the engineer who came to fix it when i thought there was a problem - there was not; and i unfortunately did not get their names) was really wonderful, so i ultimately did very much enjoy my stay!

The stay was really wonderful and amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent in the center and close to everything you might need. The staff's treatment was perfect and the suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness is good. The hotel also has parking and the price was very reasonable and the security system in the hotel was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

I really liked this hotel and it was very good value considering prices elsewhere in this city. I had an executive room which was very well appointed, I originally booked a standard room but it was on the small side so upgrade. Breakfast and restaurant staff were particularly welcoming. Highly recommended.
