We had a lovely time at Sofitel .. absolutely amazing experience. Thanks to all the staff who have made our stay so special in particular Parvesh at reception, both Vishal at the Restaurant, Shona and team at the kids club and the SPA team. Thank you and we surely return to soon.

Honeymoon success

I have been here for my honeymoon. Check in on 21 check out on 23 of July. The stay was amazing and very good in overall. The hotel is very nice in view and cleanliness was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends. I couldn’t remember every names but would surely thanks Kheshinee for her great check in her smile and knowledge of her work a big bravo to her. Mervin from the restaurant Nitesh and Kavish from the pool bar for their amazing service and recommendations for the drinks. We also met Mr Kamal , a very down to earth man with a gentle and respectful personality. In overall everything was very good and smooth.

Top choice for staying on the west coast

Sofitel Flic en Flac is such a special place for our family. We had our wedding reception there in 2015 and have had a few stays since then. We just had another family holiday this month and we all said how the Sofitel standard of service is always reliable and consistent. We had really lovely time and the atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. Special mention to Brigitte at kids club for her wonderful and warm welcome. Vikash the night manager was also extremely helpful and professional. Poonum at the spa also very nice and caring. The food was also great - lots of choices. I’ve had an allergy to gluten during pregnancy and there were so many options available which was great. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

I had a 4 day business trip in country and stayed at the Sofitel. I found the hotel service very responsive and reliable. The restaurants were outstanding in terms of food options with expansive choices to cover all dietary needs including allergies. The rooms are clean and the hotel has good amenities. I would stay here again if I return to Mauritius.

Second time at the Sofitel, breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent covering a wide range of tastes. Great cocktails by Ludovic. Range of sunbeds and water sports available. Wonderful place to go for hassle free rest and recovery right on the beautiful beach.
