Exceptional comfort and value for money. Great location with very helpful BBC and knowledgeable staff. Ranou our resident Chelsea fan became a red and changed his team to Manchester United. What more could you possibly want from a trip to Longchamps racing. Highly recommended.

One of our new favourite hotels! Would definitely come back

Lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff. We’ve stayed at many hotels and this is one of our new favourites. Room was LOVELY, very well decorated. Plenty of space even with the sofa bed open (we had a large double bed plus an open sofa bed for kids), shower was great included a rainfall shower head which is always relaxing (could do with some anti slip mats though). Impressed with the rituals body wash, shampoo etc as I love the smell of these products anyway. Breakfast was great! Plenty of choice for adults and kids. Lovely setting for breakfast too. Evening restaurant was also nice, seemed popular as always had people in it. Location was perfect. Walking distance to bus and metro stops. Took us 2 buses (around 30-40mins) to get to the Eiffel Tower which was only about €10/15 for 3 of us and easy to do with limited French. Suresnes is a lovely place to walk around, quite a few parks to play in with little ones, plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops too for a day out and evening strolls. It felt super safe and relaxed. Nice addition of a kids corner with board games to play.

Hotel is around 50 mins drive from beauvais airport. We went in a 7 seat taxi for €180 Area around hotel was pleasant. From hotel to Paris centre we took a G7 taxi which cost us €32 for a 7 seater. Lobby was very pretty although you couldn’t eat meals there that you had purchased outside. Staff were helpful and friendly. Always smiling. Rooms were clean and so was bathroom. Towels and bedding changed every day. Toilet was in a seperate room to the sink and shower. No sink in toilet room! No fridge in the room. Breakfast was a good standard. Nice light and airy room to eat in. Lots of dining space.

From 🇨🇦; Beware of the scam don’t book through their website.. I did last minute booking with my family in this hotel.. received cancellation notice the next day also they debited my card.. sent a email to customer service but never got back to me.. so I booked another hotel for the same period.. I reached out to customers service recognized was a issue with booking from website but refused to refund me cause I didn’t pay the cancellation insurance even though the issue was from their website.. I will never use their hotels again

If you don’t want to spoil your holidays, don’t stay here. Upon arrival, we met with a hostile and unprofessional receptionist by the name of Lucas. We did not feel welcomed at all. We were not given the room we initially booked . We asked for toothbrushes and shaving kit and he slammed our phone . He later came up to our room and banged loudly on our door saying there is no shaving kit. I went down personally to the front office and they passed me a shaving kit. Lucas has some attitude problem. The Paris stay is truly affected by such horrendous attitude.
