Booked two nights on our vacation. Asked for two rooms next to each other, but didn't get that even though they said it was no problem during the booking process. The hotel is ok clean, but it is old and worn. Trash is lying around outside the hotel. They claim to have a gym, however, it is very small, and two of four machines are broken - and not recently. Breakfast closes already at 0930 weekdays. The restuarant is constantly behind at the breakfast buffet. Empty plates, no glasses etc. The rooms are okay, but again old. A/c is loud and not very efficient. Will i book this hotel again - no. The pictures are from inside the hotel, and of the building outside.

Made reservation by booking and my rooms should have ha a hot tub. Unfortunately booking has mis-sold this rooms for our family. Receptionist told me that only two-person room has a bathtub (not hot tab like booking promised) and we needed for three person. I looked at hotel's website and it was right only two-person room had a bath tub. I put complaint of this issue to the booking website but unfortunately nobody hasn't answered. Otherwise hotel wasn't what I have experienced other 4 star hotels have been. It need a little bit modernization and cleaning. Room was dusty and bathroom shabby. Hotel staff was friendly even if sometimes speaking by English was quite hard. Breakfast was excellent. Paid parking lot next to hotel. Around hotel were nice restaurants and two subway stations were very close. Two night staying in this hotel was enough. I

It is approximately 700m from Ca Gara metro station in a peaceful area. The hotel is value for money. Clean, spacious rooms and the staff is very friendly and willing to help any time needed. I would visit it again for sure. Breakfast is ok, i would like more options.

Absolutely awful what a terrible hotel . Not one positive about it . Avoid at all costs Suited more in Beirut or Afghanistan Moved out after one night and booked another appartment . Anything to avoid the weeds and crap round the pool . Never to return

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for just one night but bad experience where staff is concerned..staff at the reception is not trained at all....the hotel location is ok just 10 minutes from the station by tram..when we wanted to back to the station from the hotel the lady told us to go by bus n when we asked her about the bus tickets..where to purchase, she says she doesn't know...how can she not know where to buy bus tickets...not at all helpful... We had to go out n ask shopkeepers n got to know that the tobacco shops sell bus tickets..we went n bought it from him... Thr staff is not up to the mark of NOVOTEL...pls train the staff n b helpful to all guests... We stayed in rome...florence..venice n all hotels provided tickets at the reception...very very disappointed...
