Lovely hotel. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Pool nice but lots of restrictions on use such as cap, sunglasses can’t be worn etc. breakfast I wouldn’t recommend as wasn’t that nice for the money. Helpful reception staff. We had a problem with one room not having a shower screen - no clue where it had disappeared to but they arranged another room. Would stay again. Easy to get to everything using public transport.

Standard hotelu w porównaniu z innymi novotelami w Europie bardzo słaby. Bardzo brudne i małe pokoje na 3 osoby. Zero miejsca. Łazienka tak brudna że wymaga natychmiastowego remontu. Tam nie da się wejsc gola stopa. Pokój na 3 osoby a rzeczy na 2.. brak pościeli brak kubka brak ręcznika. O wszystko trzeba było się prosić.

Hotel was very clean, air conditioning was good, reception was friendly and efficient and bed was comfortable although the pillows were more like cushions. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Hotel is close to transport options with the old trolleys a good tourist experience to the centre of Milan. There are a few restaurants and pizzerias near by with Chi Chi pizzeria especially good .

Not up to Novotel standards.

Initial room was smelly (smelt like someone had smoked in there), bed linen had some blood on it and the sofa bed was broken. Was given another room, much better. Hotel is a fair distance from the centre but public transport is very good. Didn’t eat at the hotel, drinks are a bit pricey. Pool area needs renovations. One lift was working. The staircase smelt and was dirty. Not of a Novotel usual standard hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful but this hotel needs investment.

I would like to share my negative experience at your hotel. I was faced with a situation that would never happen in a four-star hotel. When I entered room 325, the sofa was up and could not be closed. The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew, which was unhygienic. The toilet brush was so rusty that it was untouchable. I could not understand how you found this appropriate for a hotel customer. They changed my room after my complaints, and they gave same category room, but in that rom the kettle was so dirty. With my hotel experience in many countries around the world, I find this situation unacceptable. They don't care with the customer and value to the people who come to this hotel. I wrote this to hotel e mail but the hotel manager did not contact with me before I live.
