Dear Mr. Solacir, First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent stay with us. Regarding the transfer, I regret the confusion caused when the vehicle was not available at the designated time. I will ensure that we review the communication and scheduling processes with our transfer partners to prevent such incidents in the future. In reference to the request for verification of the credit card used for the payment during the booking process, please note that this is a standard procedure in Accor hotels, implemented for the security of our customers\' data. Additionally, the credit card holder must match the guest who is staying at the hotel. In cases where this is not the case, a written authorization from the cardholder is required, granting permission to make the payment on behalf of a third party.
