Hotel komfortowy, czyściutki, piękna plaża, pyszne śniadania. Położony w oddaleniu od miasteczka, dookoła tylko kilka restauracji (co może być i zaletą i wadą). Jest darmowy busik hotelowy do miasteczka (w którym ciekawy jest tylko targ, port i możliwość popłynięcia na wyspy). Byłoby wspaniale gdyby hotel był z opcją all inclusive. Podobno takich opcji nie ma w Tajlandii... Odpoczynek gwarantowany, cisza i spokój w dni robocze, w piatki i soboty w hotelu są prywatne imprezy (duża wada!)

Poza incydentem z transportem na ko sameth ok. Kierowca z Novotelu w ramach usługi hotelowej wywiózł nas do firmy tawan tour (opinie w Google są tylko negatywne - 1,2 gwiazdki na Google) która oszukuje ludzi. Transport na i z wyspy 800 baht/osoba (500 baht więcej za osobę niż u innych przewoźników) Prowadzenie za rękę, poganianie, wciskanie najdroższego pakietu i opis tylko po tajsku żeby turysta nie zrozumiał Brak kontaktu do firmy - nie mają whatsappa na numery telefonu na biletach Łódka jak zawiozła, nie przypłynęła po nas o umówionej godzinie i musieliśmy organizować sobie inny transport

Excellent holiday experience in a prime location on the beach.

Fantastic resort in a prime location on the beach. Fantastic walks along the long stretch of beach where there are several beach bars and restaurants to visit as you meander along the secluded beach where for long stretches you are the only people on it. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent and not overly expensive and with two blocks of two hour happy hours 12 to 2pm and 5pm to 7pm for drinks it makes it affordable to drink and eat there. Plenty of sunbeds available and pools quiet during our visit. Overall a great experience away from the hustle and bustle of busier resorts.

Driving from Bangkok to Kho Chang, I stopped at Novotel Rim Pae Rayong—and it was love at first sight. The resort offers the perfect spot to relax, with easy access to Rayong beach and nearby islands. Rooms, facilities, and breakfast are all thoughtfully aligned with the resort’s atmosphere, making every stay comfortable and enjoyable. While the hotel often hosts company meetings and can feel a little busy at times, it never takes away from the charm. What stands out most is the genuine spirit of “Sawadee” that the staff bring to life. Their warmth and professionalism make every visit memorable. I keep coming back, and I’ll be back again.

What a resort! Amazing location, good amenities, and super accommodating staff! It’s situated right by and in a part of Rim Phae beach that’s not rocky and wavey. Their staff are also very accommodating. We did request for more water in the room and they’d provide it right away. We were there during Loy Krathong and it’s just unfortunate that not a lot of people participated because the hotel prepared. The only con is their breakfast spread. There’s not much difference per day and there’s one day wherein they served all pork. Otherwise, there’s no issue with breakfast since they have a big space! Wifi also doesn’t work at night, and we’re close to the reception.
