As a Gold member of Accor, lounge access is not included as a standard benefit. Lounge privileges are available only when booking a room category that specifically includes lounge access or with status Platinum up. Your reservation was made under the Stay Plus benefit for two nights: one paid night with breakfast included (ABF) and one complimentary night without breakfast. Therefore, breakfast was included only for the first night, while the second (complimentary) night did not include breakfast, in line with the Stay Plus terms and conditions. As a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of your loyalty, we upgraded your room to the highest available category at the time of arrival. However, please note that a room upgrade does not automatically include lounge access. Our team did their best to explain these details politely during your stay, and we sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding or if the explanation did not meet your expectations. Regarding the welcome drink, thank you for your comment. We truly appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we review our current offerings, including the possibility of adding alcoholic options to Gold members in the future.
