Het enige dat ik spijtig vond is dat er geen bad was. Maar de kamer was echt perfect. Hôtel ook in algemeen. Ik voelde me veilig. En ik hoorde de buren niet dus perfect

Behalve één jonger achter de balie, waren de meeste medewerksters niet vrolijk, je hoort bijna nooit "Bonjour" of " Bonne journée" etc.

We are very sorry to hear that our services were not up to your expectation. However we are rather surprised by the lack of courtesy that you experienced with us, we are often congratulated for our service and our welcome to our guests. Please know that we suffered from this power cut as much as you did since it was due to a problem on a power line outside the hotel.
