NO AIR CON not available at night, room like a sauna, not a wink of sleep due to having window open.

NO AIR CON No air con available after certain hours, no air con at night, room hot as hell. No sleep due to noise from road with the window open as the only option. There's no management override for anyone to have cooling in the evening or night.

A somewhat functional Ibis, bedrooms fairly small. However clean, very comfy bed and pillow! Shower OK, shower head needs descaling otherwise everything I needed. Good WiFi. Parking right outside the building. Staff great. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, lots of choice and as to some other Ibis locations they use local produce, really lovely cheese, bread yoghurt etc. Very good value. Useful overnight stop location and I would use again.

We spent one night during a french business trip in this hotel few far away by Angouleme. We had no issue even if we had a very very late check in. Rooms are ok, in typical IBIS standard. This is not a Budget IBIS, so not basic. Breakfast was very good and service as well.

The staff at this hotel were so welcoming and friendly. I think this is the best Ibis I have stayed in Europe, and I have stayed in a few. The staff are so friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel is very quiet, super clean, and great for a stopover. Angouleme is lovely and so are the people.

The whole team has just read your message and you are far from imagining what it pleases us and brings us as motivation to always spend money for our customers. One side of the bed is against the wall which is not easy to get in and out for older peoples. Otherwise the staff was excellent, rooms clean, good location. breakfast was good and nice staff. No elevator but having been there before, I requested ground floor which was granted.
