We arrived late at the hotel but the issue of the overnight stay was the shower for handicapped people. All the floor was flooding and was really impossible to do it. I wonder if it is safe for people with disability too. There weren't pillows too in the room so we had to ask at the reception. Very poor stay.

Comfortable and wonderful place to be.

A very wonderful experience. Big and very clean rooms. Wonderful and very professional staff. The manager was very helpful and was in hand to make sure we felt comfortable. It was only 3 nights but I still wished I stayed longer. I will definitely be back. On that time, it will be with my family.

Good value. Well located.

Clean, efficient. Well located. Friendly staff - though house keepers knew neither German or English. Can walk to/from main train station in a few minutes. Grocery stores (Edeka, Netto) available by foot in a few minutes. Tram stop (line No. 1) very close, but also the central transit point of Koenigsplatz is not much farther from hotel than the tram stop. Good spot either for a tourist stay or for the congress center. My room faced street, and with window closed was quiet enough for me. I liked that the room has an "insulating" door from the hallway, so there are two doors between the sleeping area and the hall.

We stay on 28 July 2024. 11 PM someone just open our room door. Actually we lock inside . But dont have the secure chain . Because I still awake and also TV and light still on The man just say Sorry and close the door. This is the first time I feel un save stay at IBIS chain
