Decent hotel in 10 minute walk from the Augsburg central station, good breakfast.

Location of the hotel was not bad, 10 minutes walk from the Augsburg central station, and 3 minutes walk from the central public transport terminal at the Koenig platz. Room was not small, though a bit old, but with a large-size bed, large TV and a desk. Breakfast was quite good, though very much the same every day. Not all staff members spoke good English. Once I came back at 9:00 in the evening, I found my room cleaned but without the towels, ok, it happened, housekeeping lady just forgot to put a new one.....But, when I come down to the reception, the lady there could not understand my problem, she didn't know the word "towel"....I had to wait 2 hour until the change of the shift.

ビジネスホテルです。WiFiの速度も出ておりWebMeeting の実施にも全く問題がありません。 チェックインの時間が遅くなったのですがフレンドリーなレセプションで対応が気持ちよかったです。 この担当者以外の方も対応が良かったです。 朝食も周りのビジネスホテルに比べよかったと想います。 ・窓が開けられるので換気できます。暖房はパイプ式のものでは無くダクトからエアが噴き出すタイプでした。 ・同等の他のホテルでもそうですが日本のビジネスホテルと異なり部屋に湯沸かしポットや冷蔵庫がありません。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープが1体型のワンボトルなので髪がきしみます。日本人は日本のものを持ち込んだ方が良いかもしれません。

Clean hotel, modern. Spacious room and easy parking. It is fine for 1 to 2 nights. The location is easy to get too and easy to reach the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Would recommend.

This is an Ok standard Ibis. Close to the railway station, and Old town. Friendly staff. Reasonably well appointed room, very Ibisy. Good breakfast. What I did not like, was some not so "allergy-friendly" things. Like wall to wall carpeting, and perfumed soap in the bathroom.

Staff are extremely helpful and professional. Satisfying Breakfast with various food items and pleasant seatings in the cozy lobby. Room is small but has everything you need. More attention should be given to make AC colder.
