Dear Roman, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased that you found our apartments well-equipped for your short stay. Our fully furnished accommodations are designed to provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit, including a fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to prepare their own meals. However, we sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret the discomfort you experienced due to the air conditioning settings. Our standard temperature is typically set lower than 27 degrees, and we offer additional fans or portable heating upon request at our 24-hour reception. Regarding the noise from nearby trains, we understand how this could affect your rest. For future visits, we recommend our courtyard-facing rooms, which tend to be quieter. Nonetheless, it's wonderful to hear that you appreciated our friendly and helpful staff. We take pride in our team's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. The complimentary coffee throughout the day and the provision of buns and croissants after breakfast are services we're glad you enjoyed. Regarding the air conditioning, we apologize for any discomfort you experienced. Our apartments are equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating systems, and we also provide extra fans at reception upon request. We encourage our guests to reach out to our 24/7 reception team for assistance with any issues they may face. As for the parking fee, we strive to offer competitive rates in the area, and there are alternative parking options nearby for guests to consider.
