I must mention that I did not stay at this hotel but I paid for it, so my review is not about the accommodation service, but about the hotel's attitude towards the client. I paid for the accommodation back in September with no refund for the dates 27-29 November. Unfortunately, in the meantime I became very ill, I got cancer and had to urgently go for chemotherapy. I wrote to the hotel a month before the date of my stay, sent all the results from the hospital and begged them for understanding, at least a refund of some of the money, but the hotel showed no goodwill at all and immediately refused, even though they had booked the entire hotel for that period. According to the experience of users, there is practically no hotel in the world that has not come to the aid of the client in a situation like this, and that is why I am very sad and disappointed with the way this hotel operates.

Amazing hotel just outside the train station, the walk to town is not bad I would say around 15 min, the room is really clean big and modern with a little kitchen, the staff really friendly. 10 out of 10!!! We would definitely book again :-)

Hotel is very nice, modern design rooms, clean and very good location close to cetral train station but kitchen equitment not good enough would be great if there was choping board and pans. The heating system did not work, they put a single thin quilt for a double bed, we were very cold, we asked at the reception but they did not care, they did not do anything to solve the heating system or provide quilts or blankets.There was no one at the reception most of the time, the customers were waiting and the staff was elsewhere. As per hotel description there should be hair dryer but they didnt put that either in our room, its lovely hotel hope they provide all in the future as we want to book it again

When we arrived we were told they would take an extra 200 euro deposit as it was the Oktoberfest!!!! The room had a pull down sofa bed, that when raised was filthy underneath. Upon leaving, we were assured our deposit would be returned within 2 days. After 5 days and no refund, we sent emails, with no response for 4 days, we even copied the CEO in.
