Dear, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your two-night stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the size and comfort of your room, the swimming pool, as well as the children’s facilities such as the bouncy castle, and that you found our parking and access to public transport to Orléans convenient. However, we are truly sorry to learn that your experience at the reception and the bar did not meet your expectations. We have taken note of your comments regarding the welcome you received, the delay in providing a baby cot, as well as the availability of pool towels for children. These points will be reviewed with our teams in order to improve the quality of our services and ensure a more pleasant experience in the future.
