We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in March due in great part to the incredible hospitality and service provided by hotel staff: Ian, Samuel, and Maxime. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Our rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast and included hot and cold items. We also enjoyed coffee and wine in the lobby/seating area each evening when we returned to the hotel.

This hotel is located within easy walking distance to sites in Rennes. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. We had exceptional service from Irman, Samual and Maxim. There are several good restaurants nearby. The rooms a a little small and sparsely decorated but pleasant enough.

Stayed with my family for 1 night, and it was a perfect stay. Hotel is 5 minute cab from train station, located perfectly to explore the old town. Lots of restaurants nearby, and bakeries for breakfast. Staff was excellent, beds were great, appreciated the baby crib, and the wifi was great too. Nice large rooms. And very quiet at night. Would stay again.

This is an attractive and well-located hotel. The room was big and comfortable. I guess it should be as we paid a bit more. Anyway, I think it was a good value. The front desk staff were very helpful. The highlight was the really good and varied breakfast. I think for Rennes, it's probably one of the best options.

Pros: Convenient downtown location, quiet street, professional Accor staff, good buffet breakfast selection, decent small gym, interior rooms face a quiet courtyard. Cons: Weak air conditioning couldn’t cool the room below 73F, housekeeping staff entered despite “do not enter sign,” dated styling (especially in the lobby), scrambled eggs cold despite sitting on stovetop.
