A beautiful cosy hotel,allocated very close to the city center, almost an ideal location. Nice and cool reception and lobby and very polite personnel. The rooms are spacy and quite clean, but a little bit neglated. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast. I would reccomend it mainly because of its people.

Convenient private parking on site was a plus. Disappointed to find no restaurant open for dinner, but plenty of options nearby. Slightly faded 90s vibe about the decor, but comfortable enough, and quiet at night despite the central location. Breakfast was buffet-style with a decent choice and hot food options.

This was a practically flawless stay. I could not pinpoint a single fault. The hotel is very centrally located. Our Privildge room was roomy indeed with the level of cleanliness and comfort we had expected. The bedding quality was excellent, as was the breakfast. The underground parking provides an additional convenient feature. A friendly and cheerful receptionist readily accommodated our request for late checkout. Well done! One small comment is to add English-speaking channels.

Fire alarm - no sleep

Stayed 3 nights. However, 2 out of three nights the fire alarm went off at 04:30. Not a good night sleep, especially I had to wake up for a business meetings the next day. An attempt has been made to renovate the rooms, but overall everything is outdated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in March due in great part to the incredible hospitality and service provided by hotel staff: Ian, Samuel, and Maxime. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Our rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast and included hot and cold items. We also enjoyed coffee and wine in the lobby/seating area each evening when we returned to the hotel.
