Hotel situado lejos del centro de la ciudad. Cuando te alojes en este hotel procura que no te den habitaciones impares ya que están situadas muy próximas a las vías del tren lo cual hace muy difícil conciliar el sueño a pesar de tener ventanas con aislamiento. La comida y el desayuno dejan mucho que desear.

I hope that we will be able to serve you better during your next stay. I am sorry that the assigned room was not quiet enough for you. To set the record straight for other guests, I must say that almost all odd room numbers (except for the endings 17 and 19) are the ones facing the courtyard, and are therefore particularly quiet. However, most of them are higher room categories, which can be booked as superior rooms. As you have already mentioned, our windows are soundproof. If you have a particularly light sleep, you are welcome to request a quiet room when making your individual booking. We will then always try to allocate a room as quiet as possible, which is not oriented to the railroad line. I sincerely hope that these tips will help. The city center is about 4km away from the hotel. Regularly it is very quickly accessible by public transport in about 15-20 minutes. Currently, however, there is a construction site on the rail network over the summer vacations, which complicates things. However, the bar work should be completed on 04.09.2023. Afortunadamente solo estilismo 1 noche con el tour de Specialtours, la cena estuvo terrible muy limitada dieron una carne horrible mis hijas no comen carne y no había opción de pescado o pollo. Muy pequeño el lugar del restaurante para tantas personas, un elevador no funcionaba y muy complicado subir o bajar con maletas. En la habitación no había plancha de ropa ni agua de cortesía. El desayuno igual muy limitado Veníamos de Novotel de Ámsterdam que fue una agradable experiencia tanto como en el restaurante como el hotel y este Novotel de Frankfurt de una estrella o 2 menor. Que mal que lo ofrezcan en los tours.

Of course, we strive to provide all guests with an excellent experience. That being said, group bookings require certain services to be booked, and as a hotel, we meet those requirements accordingly. I can assure you that we adhere to the parameters set by the tour operator and that you will receive the booked services from us. The fact that during your stay the elevators did not work and the restaurant was overcrowded, I can unfortunately not trace without specific dates of stay. However, our elevators are always in operation. From the past few weeks, I have only one brief disturbance from last week, when there was a power outage in the entire district. I apologize for this. For security reasons, our hotel does not offer irons in the rooms. However, we have an ironing room on the second floor, which is accessible at all times. Fantástico! Una experiencia inmejorable, la verdad. 📍La ubicación no está nada mal, no es totalmente céntrico pero el metro está al lado y también hay autobuses que te llevan en quince minutos. 🛏️ Habitación muy amplia y con cama individual grande, super cómoda y con varias almohadas. El resto de la habitación bien equipada con caja fuerte, kettle, nevera, escritorio, armario... Muy completa. 🚽 Aseo amplio con plato de ducha y secador, muy limpio. 🧆 Comida self service para grupos muy buena, bien cocinada, variedad y buena cantidad. 🥐 Desayuno tipo buffet bastante completo. 📶 Buena conexión Wi-Fi en todo el hotel y con fácil acceso. 🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻 Personal muy amable, tanto recepción como restaurante. 🐕Admiten perros.
