- The Staff was friendly and helpful - The breakfast was fine , nothing to complain - The Room was clean and like i expected - Perfect one the way to Disneyland When we book Ibis , there is always a standard expectations and all time we go t it, so i am happy with it . :)

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Dog friendly. Good breakfast and really clean comfortable room. The secure parking was useful with a 2.0m height limit. The only slight negative was the room was quite small.

Great stay at this hotel. It’s a pretty basic Ibis, no frills but very comfortable and clean. Has a nice breakfast buffet with a good selection. Best part of hotel is the friendly staff, especially Brian at the front desk. He is very helpful, professional and helped us with travel arrangements to the train station on a Sunday morning.

Excellent welcome by all staff good value for money. good location the hotel does require upgrading but the friendly staff more than make up for the decor.Good location by the river and has access to a restaurant as the hotel does not serve food.

Room was adequate for the price. Location was good, breakfast was average but tasty. Shower and bathroom was small as was the room but more than enough for 1 or 2 people for a day or two. Would stay again if I am in the area.

Dear Sir, We are disappointed to see your last stay in our hotel didn't match your expectations. Although our staff was delighted to welcome you within our walls, perhaps you misunderstood the concept of the red Ibis brand and expected better. Rest assured the brand itself is very keen on upgrading its standards all the time. Furthermore our hotel is entering a decoration phase before the renovation works which are planned for 2026. Knowing the quality of german breakfasts, which is very different from french ones, we could only have recommended you choose an individual hotel instead of a chain one like ours, since they will most likely match your kind of breakfast food more easily. Our breakfast is designed and approved by the Ibis brand and is indeed more oriented to match french customers. As for the size of the room, if ever there should be any further worry about this, please feel free to check our range of prices and select a higher category if need be, as they will most likely be matching your expectations for a slightly higher price.
