Good place to stay. The concept is good, with rooms that have equipped kitchens in case you want to stay outside Disneyland Paris. There are restaurants nearby, within walking distance, and it’s also a reasonable distance from CDG airport.

The location is very good indeed and there is a free shuttle bus to Disney just down the road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is somewhat run down, with peeling wallpaper and chipped paint throughout. Most public areas are grubby and poorly maintained. The room itself was not too bad - certainly in better condition than the public areas. The pool was not open when we stayed. However, the worst thing is that we had booked a two-bedroom apartment and were given a one-bedroom apartment which was too small for our needs. I had even taken the time to verify the booking directly with the hotel prior to our arrival. To be fair, this error may have been the travel company's fault rather than that of the hotel - we were never able to determine for sure, as they blamed each other. Equally, the hotel did offer free breakfasts or a reduction on a future stay by way of compensation, whereas Loveholidays.ie more or less told us to get lost. Loveholdays.ie said that we had booked just "an apartment" rather than a "two bedroom apartment" as shown in our booking receipt, meaning that they could provide any size apartment they wished! The hotel was sold out when we arrived and could not provide a two bedroom apartment. This made things rather difficult for our family, one of whom has special needs - the very reason I always book a two-bedroom apartment when we travel. I might be willing to stay here again if we were going to Disney, but I would consider it carefully first.

We stayed here for two nights as a base for visiting Disneyland after Paris. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the park, as well as a paid option. While the buses can be crowded, they are generally acceptable. Do note that the paid bus is monitored, so be cautious to avoid fines. The staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient. Thanks to our Gold Accor status, we received complimentary water, drinks, and snacks on-site. The room was well-suited for our needs, with a separate master bedroom, a kids' room, and a sofa in the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen was equipped with a kettle, dishwasher, and a small fridge, all of which were well-maintained. However, some corners and areas under the bed were a bit dusty (we checked for toys the kids had thrown). The room also had air conditioning, a hairdryer, and was pleasantly quiet. Breakfast was quite crowded, with a limited selection and no live stations—typical of a French 3-star or 4-star hotel. Parking is convenient, with free street parking available in the evenings and paid parking at the hotel with plenty of space. Overall, the value for money is good, especially considering the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and greater Paris. While it's not a fancy Disney resort, it's a nice city hotel that served our needs well. Just keep in mind that it’s not convenient for quick trips back from Disneyland, but for what it is, we were quite satisfied.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a base for Disney, they do offer a free shuttle bus into the park but we walked each day, taking around 20 minutes. The staff were friendly, check in efficient, the hotel does sell water/drinks/crisps on site, which was helpful. The room was adequate and clean, small kitchen area, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, hob, what you would need if you were to cook. Aircon, hairdryer, safe, plenty of storage. Nice pool, which wasn’t busy so no hassle getting a sunbed, water a nice temperature, we did ask at reception for extra tissue which was delivered to the room straight away. 5 minute walk to Val de Europe (large shopping area). All in all a good stay, not sure why there are so many bad reviews, for what we paid it was worth the money, we encountered no problems, and would stay here again, thank you :)

Fantastic stay and perfect base for Disneyland

I don’t normally leave reviews but after reading some poor reviews of this hotel I wanted to leave a positive one. Myself, my partner and 2 young children stayed for 3 nights as a base to visit Disneyland. We arrived at 12.30pm and even though check in wasn’t until 3pm, our room was ready so we got straight in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean an comfortable. The kitchen area had everything needed to make meals, comfy bed and sofa bed and air conditioning. Yes it could probably do with a revamp but it was what we expected for the price we paid. The reception area was lovely with drink and snacks available to buy and a small children’s play area. The outdoor pool was a great size and pool was warm. Plenty of Sun loungers and open 10 - 8. Nice outdoor seating area. There was shuttles available to Disney but we decided to walk everyday. With 2 young children it was a 20 min walk which felt very safe, past a police station and well lit. There is a huge shopping centre a 5 minute walk away with restaurants, shops, designer outlet, supermarket, McDonalds, plenty of places to eat. Overall we couldn’t fault our stay and would happily return in the future. It’s a perfect base if you are visiting Disneyland and wanting to do do the trip on a budget.
