This hotel is ok. Obviously it’s not the best but completely comfortable and well located next to the airport as expected. Price for the stay was reasonable and breakfast is fine. Didn’t find the rooms too loud and managed to sleep fine. Outside the hotel you will find plenty of taxis and it’s close to the station part of the airport so easy to get around. Aeroville shopping Center is a small taxi ride away if you want a few places to go and eat at.

We reached the hotel on Sat 28th and left on Sun 29th Dec. After checking in and paying for the room we wanted to go to the restaurant with a baby. Looking at the reaction of the waitress we went back to the room and order room service ... "You have a baby; it is going to take a long time". On the phone the person in charge, told us there was no guarantee given, we asked them to have a check with the reception and call us back. On their side, they charged any credit card they had in their records/files with us. It happened to be a personal trip, and they charged without any authorization a professional card for higher amount than the spending for the room service ... They just have no understanding about good governance or when this is allowed to charge a card (no issue to steal, this is what it is). We have been trying to explain the lobby the problem, they did not even dare to excuse about it. While paying for the carpark to the station located in the entrance hotel, a local driver found the way to park himself in the middle of the 2 ways making it impossible to leave. At 6am with a baby and 0 degrees outside, this is not that pleasant. The taxi decided to shout on us: "Va te faire FXXTRX" ... Not a safe place definitively ...

Great overnight stay and easy to get to from the moment we arrived in Paris CDG. Room was comfortable for the 4 of us. In the rush of catching the train the very next day I forgot my wallet in the room! The team found it and kept it safe until I popped by to pick it up a few days later. And lastly of the 5+ Accor hotels we stayed during our European adventure, this was the only one that recognized my Accor status and gave us a little welcome gift! Pretty crazy considering Accor is French and we expected they would set the bar high over here. I guess they should start sending their management teams for trips over to Asia to learn how it’s done!
